Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but is not caramelized, therefore it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavored oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette.

Average of 4% acidity.

Ingredients: Grape must, white wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites.

It’s our favorite. We tried a sample of your peach flavor and immediately switched to your brand. For years we had purchased our vinegar from an outlet on Bar Harbor. They were nice folks to do business with but peach flavor vinegar was better.

Peter, we're honored the Ripe Peach won you over from that very first sample. Thank you for taking the time to review and looking forward to you discovering all kinds of new flavor combinations

Again goes perfectly with the Persian Lime

Carolyn, Ripe Peach and Persian Lime really are a lovely match, thanks for sharing it! If you want another way to use the peach, our Summer Peach Caprese Salad recipe on the blog is a great one to try.
