“Stopped in while shopping to see the oil and found a nice oil from Portugal. Cobrancosa. The phenols in this oil were way up there at 641. I like the spicy flavor for my salads and the phenols are great for the heart. The flavored balsamic vinegars pair nicely with it. The people here are nice folks and help you learn about the oils and you can try any of them.”
“So so good! My girlfriend and I have been making the most delicious dishes with these olive oils/vinegars. It is SO much better than what you buy at the grocery store. Since our visit yesterday, I've eaten salad 3 times and I normally don't even like salad! That's how good the oils are. If you appreciate a fine whiskey or wine, you will LOVE this place! And the people are so wonderful too. They truly care and absolutely know their stuff! We were also given many amazing recipes to enjoy these oils with!”
“Huge variety of flavor infused oils and vinegars. Personal favorites are cherry, apple and peach vinegars. Both clear and dark balsamic vinegars. Pair them a lot with garlic infused olive oil. Don’t forget the truffle salt tastes great right out of the bottle. Make a special trip just to restock. Heading there today!”
