Blackberry Ginger Sesame Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2T fresh ginger minced
  • 1T garlic minced
  • 3-4Ttoasted sesame oil
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • ¼ cup onions diced
  • ¼ cup diced red + green peppers
  • 2-3T soy sauce
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • ¼ cupblackberry ginger balsamic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large skillet on medium high heat, add sesame oil.
  • Add chicken and cook on both sides 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add ginger, garlic, and onions - cook 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Add chicken broth, half of your scallions, and soy sauce..
  • Cook covered 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in blackberry ginger balsamic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve over your favorite noodles or rice.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
