We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days from the time they’re placed. During peak seasons (like the holidays), please allow a bit of extra time—we're a small team doing our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We offer free shipping on orders over $80 (before taxes and after discounts) within the contiguous U.S.
Local to North Conway? In Store Pickup is not an available option when ordering online. If you would like to pickup In Store, please contact the store 603-662-1066
If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ncoliveoil.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on oils, vinegars, or other food items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
