Text Message Terms

These Text Message Terms govern the North Conway Olive Oil Company text message program (the "Program"), operated by North Conway Olive Oil Company, 2730 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH 03860. By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
The Program sends recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from North Conway Olive Oil Company, including welcome offers and discount codes, new arrivals and harvests, sales, events at our tasting rooms, and reminders about items left in your cart. We may also send informational messages related to your orders and your subscription.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and submitting a sign-up form on ncoliveoil.com (for example, our welcome pop-up), by texting a keyword we publish to our number, or by checking an opt-in box at checkout. After you submit a sign-up form we send a confirmation text; reply YES to confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages per month, and more around holidays, sales and new harvests.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. North Conway Olive Oil Company does not charge for Program messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further Program messages unless you opt in again.

7. Eligibility
The Program is open to mobile subscribers in the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, reply STOP from that number first.
8. Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with service providers, such as our messaging platform, that send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms or end the Program at any time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
