Do waffles just have to be for breakfast? In my house, that answer is NO! In fact, we use our waffle iron to make savor waffles which make the perfect vehicle for cheeses, chutneys, and a host of creative toppings. This waffle recipe makes for a delicious dessert (or breakfast). Give it a try.

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup date sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
2 large eggs
4 Tbs. North Conway Whole Fruit Blood Orange (Infused) Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the waffle iron.
Mix together to dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and add to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until no spots of dry ingredients are visible.
