Recently, we had the great fortune of having Chef Steffani Adaska to our shop for a great cooking demonstration using the olive oils and vinegar's in some pretty tasty dishes. This Blackberry Ginger Refresher was just one of those yummy treats that she made for us. Summer is here and you've got to try this one.
1 sugar cube
2 teaspoons North Conway Olive Oil Company Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
6 ounces chilled Prosecco (or your favorite dry sparkling wine)
3 fresh blackberries (or Raspberries)
Place sugar cube in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
Pour the North Conway Olive Oil Company Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegarover the sugar cube to dissolve slightly.
Pour Prosecco into flute and garnish with fresh blackberries.
