Sweet Strawberry & Watermelon Rosé Summer Mocktail

Sweet Strawberry & Watermelon Rosé Summer Mocktail

When the sun's high, the air is warm, and your porch is calling your name, there's nothing better than a drink that tastes like pure summer in a glass. This Sweet Strawberry & Watermelon Rosé Summer Mocktail is the kind of sipper that makes you want to linger a little longer, soak in the sunshine, and savor every refreshing sip.

Fresh watermelon brings the juiciness, strawberries add natural sweetness, and our Watermelon Rosé Balsamic gives it a surprising depth—like a whisper of rosé wine without the alcohol. A splash of lime juice brightens the flavors, while sparkling water makes it delightfully fizzy. It's light, hydrating, and perfect for poolside lounging, backyard BBQs, or even a Tuesday afternoon pick-me-up.

The best part? It's so easy to make. Blend or muddle, strain, top with bubbles, and garnish with fresh mint. That's it. No complicated syrups, no special tools—just summer, simplified.

Tip: For a fun twist, freeze some extra watermelon chunks and use them instead of ice cubes. They'll keep your drink chilled without watering it down.

Ingredient Spotlight. Our Watermelon Rosé Balsamic is the secret here, adding a bright, fruity tang and a rosé-like depth that makes this mocktail taste far more grown-up than its handful of ingredients would suggest.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
  • 3–4 ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 1–2 tsp Watermelon Rosé Balsamic
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender or cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, balsamic, and honey until smooth.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of strawberry or watermelon.

Chef's Notes

  • Muddle or blend just until smooth, then strain out the pulp for a clean, sippable texture. Add the sparkling water last so it keeps its fizz.
  • Taste before adding the honey or agave. Ripe summer watermelon and strawberries are often sweet enough on their own.

Make It Yours

  • Make it a cocktail for the grown-ups by topping with a splash of rosé or prosecco instead of sparkling water.
  • For a different fruity twist, swap in our Ripe Peach White Balsamic in place of the watermelon rosé.

Allergens: none of the major allergens.

Bright, bubbly, and perfectly sweet with a tangy twist—this mocktail is a summer must-sip.
