Our Peruvian Reserve is a Koroneiki-dominant single estate crush
resulting from fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. This
masterful cuvee contains Koroneiki, Picual, and Picholine with
pronounced notes of green banana, tomato leaf, and baking spice.
The creamy center is followed by an intense pepper and fleeting
bitterness.
