Smokey Molasses Rub

A rich and aromatic combination of dark caramel and spicy, smoky chipotle, balanced with sweet bell pepper and fruity notes of orange and Chile pepper. 

Use Smoky Molasses Rub on Low & Slow Oven Baked Ribs, and then make some Smoky Molasses Rub BBQ Sauce for serving. Toss chunks of chicken with this rub and thread on skewers for Chicken and Sausage Kebabs. Rub on steak and enjoy Grilled Steak Salad with Chimichurri Sauce.  It would also work in Indian-inspired dishes, like Tandoori Pizza , or for a twist on the bean dish Rajma. Our customers have used this rub on pork chops and smoked brisket. 

Ingredients Granulated molasses, demerara sugar, orange, smoked hickory salt, garlic, onion, chipotle, paprika and red bell pepper
